Due to the nature of the location of our warehouse and international shipping, shipping and processing times will vary depending on where you are ordering from. We urge our customers to familiarize themselves with our shipping policy and shipping/processing times before placing an order.
 
 
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your order has been shipped and it’s still in transit, changing delivery adress is possible only if you have previously chosen to ship by courier( not by free delivery by post). You can do it by going onto UPS CHANGE DELIVERY and choosing to manage shipment as a guest. Once you enter your waybill number, you will be sent a security code to the phone number you provided when checking out. Once you do so you will be able to manage your shipment.

LOST PACKAGE

Mequicine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. All the shipping costs for orders are non refundable. If you are experiencing problems with delivery, please contact the courier with your tracking number so that they can provide you with a proof of delivery.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (our apologies in advance) contact us right away at customerservice@mequicine.com and we will get it taken care of for you! Please add some photos of the fault. The return of the fault and shipping of your originally chosen item will be free of charge!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER

The orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 7 business days*. Shipment/delivery time is separate, and depends on courier choice/delivery location.

Please note that during special offers, sale events or new collection launches you may experience up to 14 business day delays in receiving your order. The above times are also estimations provided by our couriers, which can change once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

The estimated time does not include the customs clearance/processing, which is unfortunately out of our control.

*Orders are not processed on the weekends and public holidays.

**In the case of European Union countries, the standard of delivery specified in the European Union Directive is :

85% of shipments within three working days and delivery of 97% of shipments within five working days.

For all other countries, the Universal Postal Union’s delivery standard of 80% of fastest-category items within five business days applies.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and they are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Please check your local customs website for more information.
