EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We strive to provide a fast and comfortable exchange and return procedure. The product must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Product cannot be damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any other way. Please be advised that each product is carefully inspected before being shipped. A refund will not be accepted if you try to return a product that has been used.
 
If you choose to return, you have to fill out the return form that was in your package and send it by email to customerservice@mequicine.com.
 
Please attach a receipt or its copy to the return parcel- if not possible please include order number and return/exchange number with the parcel to avoid problems upon us receiving your return package. The next steps of your return depend on where you are returning from.
RETURNING FROM EU, UK, NORWAY, USA, CANADA AND SWITZERLAND

You can return your items with a generated return label made by us. Please check the price of the return in “RETURN COST”. Tracking for this method will automatically be visible to us, which aids customer service in the return process. Once you receive a UPS label, you can drop it off at any UPS pick up point local to you or the courier can pick it up from you. Please attach a receipt or its copy to the return parcel- if not possible please include the order number and return/exchange number with the parcel to avoid problems upon us receiving your return package. If it’s possible please add original box otherwise use similar package size.

RETURNING FROM ANYWHERE ELSE

If you are returning from other countries, please contact us for return details on returns@mequicine.com 

Our team will help you choose the best return method – sending via post in the country from which you are returning or the method proposed by us.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not handle direct exchanges at our warehouse. If you want to exchange a product:

  1. Please return the product as described and make sure you follow the detailed process.
  2. Place your new order on our website.
RETURN TIME FRAME

You have 14 days to decide whether you want to return or exchange the product and send us the form, counting from the day when the parcel is delivered. The next 14 days are dedicated to sending us the return package, counting from the day when the return requests is accepted. If you have any questions or problems with your return, e-mail us on customerservice@mequicine.com.

RETURN COST

The cost of return depends on the place from which the package is returned. We organize returns from EU countries, USA, Canada and India ourselves. If you are returning from other countries, please contact us for return details on returns@mequicine.com. Please be informed that all fees associated with the return such as any duties/taxes will be deducted from your refund if you are returning from outside of EU.

UPS | EU, UK, NORWAY | 10 EUR

UPS | USA, CANADA, SWITZERLAND | 20 EUR

RETURN ARRANGING

Fill in the return form and send it to us. We will send you the return label by email. We will provide you with all information regarding the return by email. Please attach a receipt or its copy to the return parcel- if not possible please include the order number and return/exchange number with the parcel to avoid problems upon us receiving your return package.

WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN TO?

You will receive a prepaid shipping label once your return request is approved. We aim to accept them within 7 business days.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN REQUEST BE PROCESSED?

Return requests are processed within 7 working days of you creating the return request. If 7 working days have passed and you have still not received your approval, e-mail us on custmerservice@mequicine.com

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You will be re-credited to the original payment method used while placing an order, which should reflect on your bank statement within 10 working days

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR THERE IS A FAULT?

If you do receive damaged or incorrect items, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact customerservice@mequicine.com along with photos of the fault and a quick explanation of the problem.
